How To: make asynchronous functions synchronous?

Simply add WaitForRequest() and remove SetActive();

Example:

TRequestStatus iStat = KRequestPending;
iEncoder->Convert(&iStat, *iImage, iJpgImageData);
User::WaitForRequest(iStat); //Remove SetActive();
