How To: Remove an installed application from the WINS Emulator?

All applications on symbian os emulator must reside in
[EPOCROOT]\epoc32\release\wins\udeb\z\system\apps\
or
[EPOCROOT]\epoc32\release\wins\urel\z\system\apps\
or
[EPOCROOT]\epoc32\wins\c\system\apps\

just delete the dir of the application you want.

Note: only applicable to pre-Symbian v9
